Pav Bhaji

Ingredients:
Bhaji:
2 onions
4 chilies
3 big tomatoes
1 cup carrot
1 cup potato
1 cup green peas
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup cabbage
1 cup capsicum
1/2 cup french beans
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp pav bhaji masala
1 tsp corainder powder
1 pinch turmeric powder
3 tsp lemon juice
chopped corainder for garnish

Pav:
Butter 2 cubes for bhaji
Pav

Preparation:
Put enough water to boil the vegetables in a cooker remember to remove the cooker of the flame after 6 whistles.
Heat butter in a pan add ginger garlic paste chilies onions.
Fry till onions become brown color and add tomatoes till it comes soft.
Add turmeric,chilli powder,pav bhaji masala,coriander powder and salt bring to boil till gravy becomes thick and add cooked vegetables and mashed them and add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
Bhaji is ready serve hot with pav and finely chopped onion.

Zafrani Pulao Rice

Ingredients:
1 cup basmati rice
5 number almonds
1 pinch biryani masala
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds(black cumin is available you can use)
2 tbsp butter
6 number cashew nuts( how many you want it's upto you)
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp pomogranate seeds ripe
1/2 bunch mint leaves
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup milk(boiled and after that it comes light warm you mix the safron color)
safron color
1 small onion
6 raisins (how many you want it's upto you)
1 pinch safron
1 tsp salt

Preparation:
Wash rice two times and soak just enough water to cover it an half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin,nuts for few minutes and add onions and ginger garlic paste.
Till it comes brown color you can add the chop mint ,coriander leaves ,add salt, biryani masala and add yoghurt.
After that add water and when simmering add rice and mix once and cook covered.
When water is almost absorbed and add safron color milk and top it and add with safron and pomogrante seeds and curry leaves.
And let it cover another 5 mins and serve hot with kormas,curries.

Channa masala

Ingredients:
1 cup chole soaked one night
2 medium sized potatos (boiled and mash)
1 big onion
2chilies
2 big tomatoes
1 tsp gingergarlic paste
1 tsp channa masala(we use less masala if you want more you can use)
1 tbsp coriander powder
few piece whole garam masala
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp red chili powder
turmeric
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste

preparation:

Soak chole overnight.cook the chole and potato in pressure cooker(if you can mix both and cook).Chop onion and tomatoes and chilies.
Drain the chole and reserved the water.
Heat oil in a deep saucepan add cumin or jeera seeds and whole garam masala.
When the cumin seeds change color add chopped onions until it comes brown color.
Add gingergarlic paste and saute 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and salt and chole masala and coriander powder to it.
Saute the tomatoes till they come soft and mashed.
Add the chole and potato to it and mix gently add the reserved water depending on the gravy you need.
Simmer the stove and covered 5 mins and add lemon juice into it.And garnish with curry leaves.
The channa masala is ready and serve hot with the puri or chapati.

Kichidi Rice

Ingredients:
2 cups rice
1 cup dal
3 chilies
1 big onion
2 tomatoes
mix vegetable(fresh or freezer items)
ghee or butter or oil
2 Cinnamon cloves
2 cardamon cloves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala

Preparation:
First take a cooker put some butter or oil or ghee i used the ghee and add the jeera and add cinnamon cloves,cardamon cloves after that you can add the chilies onions cook until onions become brownish colour and add ginger garlic paste ,salt cook 3 mins after that add tomatoes,garam masala cook until 3mins after you can add the rice and water close the cooker put on weigh until 3 whistles cooking is done.
Serve hot with pickel or raita.

Mint Rice

1 bunch of mint
2 cups rice cooked
cocount ( dry or fresh)
1 clove ginger
2 cloves garlic
salt to taste
cashew nuts
almonds
1 small onion (optional)
3 chilies
1 tsp jeera
cloves
butter or ghee or oil

Preparation:
First grind mint leaves,giner,garclic, salt,chilies and coconut.
Take a pan put some oil or ghee or butter i used the ghee and add jeera and Cinnamon cardoman sticks.
Add almonds cashewnuts after that you can add the mint paste.
Until it comes thick green to light green.
Add the cooked rice and mix well and serve hot with raita or potato curry.

Broccoli Curry

1 broccoli
1 onion
3 chilies
1 tsp ginger garli paste
2 tbsp channa dal spicy powder
salt
2 tbsp some oil
1/2 tsp musturd seeds
1/2 tsp jeera
1 tsp urad dal

preparation:
First you cut the broccoli into pieces and chooped onions and chilies.
And take a pan put some oil.Add musturd seeds,jeera,urad dal after they will come brownish.
Add chilies and onions until it becomes brownish,Add ginger garlic paste and salt.
After add broccoli pieces and cook 10 mins after you mix the channa dal spicy powder(pappula podi) and cook 3 mins.
Broccoli Curry is ready and serve hot with Rice or Roti.

Radish Paratha

Preparation:

First mix wheat flour,salt and water and knead the flour and keep aside.
Take radish and peel the skin after that you shred the radish after that you can add all spices
and mix well all the ingredients and make the bolls.
Take the flour and put bolls in that and do like the chapati.
Ready the radish paratha.

Vangi Bath Rice

after that add the chilies onions ginger garlic paste you can until it comes brownish you can add the vegetables is optional
i used the vegetables.after that you can add the tomatoes and turmeric and garam masala and waht spices you want and add salt after that you add the cooking rice and mix it.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with pickel and yoghurt and raita.

Dum Aloo

Ingredients:
10 baby potatos
4 red tomatoes
1 big onion
1 tsp garlic and ginger paste
1 tbsp jeera
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup milk or curd as you like
cashew nuts toasted
pinch of turmeric powder
salt to taste

Boil the potatos and let them cool.Peel the skin and keep aside.Take a wide pan heat some oil and add the peeled potatos and saute on medium heat until they get brown color.Make the sauce you'll need your blend the cashews,onions,tomatos,giner,garlic.In another deep pan,heat a little oil and add jeera.Add the tomato paste until the raw smell is gone.Add the milk or curd.cover,and let the sauce thicken.add the potatos,stir well.cook further 15 minutes.GArnish with coriander and serve hot with rotis or puris.

Carrot Milk

1 large carrot shredded
5 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar or less
1 tbsp custard power
1 tbsp cardamom powder
toasted almonds and pistachios
1/2 tbsp ghee or butter

first shred the carrot and keep aside.In a deep pan heat ghee or butter and add cardamom powder and carrots,stir for about 5 minutes.Now add the milk and sugar bring to a boil.add custurd powder if you have add otherwise it's ok.simmer on low heat till the carrots are soft and milk has thickened.And garnish with almonds and pistachios.

Okra with Pickle Masala Or Achari Bhindi

Here is what you need for Achhari Bhindi (frozen or fresh, which ever you like)

Ingredients:
1 tbsp ready made pickle masal
1 tsp jeera seeds
1 tbsp or less oil
1 tsp turmeric powder,salt,and a pinch of sugar to your taste.

Preparation:
  1. In a wide pan, heat some oil. Add the jeera or cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
  2. Add the okras, make sure the heat is on medium high.
  3. Give this is a whirl for a few minutes rapidly.
  4. Cook for a few minutes and add some pickle masala, salt and sugar.
  5. Cook until done.
  6. Serve hot with rice or chapatis and yoghurt. Enjoy!

beetroot paratha

Beetroot is a good for health.You don't know how to make with Beetroot.It's a simple and easy method is BEETROOT PARATHA .

ingredients:
wheat flour 4 cups
one beetroot big one
potato big one
green peas
red chilli powder
cumin powder
coriander powder
garam masala
salt for taste (how much you want)

How to make beetroot paratha:
First knead the flour pour water salt and keep aside 15 or 20 mins.
Boil the beetroot in cooker and potato with one whistle and green peas aslo boiled in saperate vessel after that you peal the skin and grate the potato and beetroot after that you mix well all the ingredients (chilli powder,cumin and coriander powders,salt,garam masala,potato and beetroot,peas). You do like a bolls and take the wheat flour and bolls put inside of the flour and do like pulka or chapati.
