
Ingredients:
2 green chilies
1 big onion
2 tomatoes
vegetables what ever you want(i used the mixed vegetable) is optional
3 brinjal
1tsp red chili powder
1tsp giner garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
jeera and cloves
oil or ghee or butter
Preparation:
first take a pan and put some oil or ghee or butter i used the butter.And add cloves jeera
after that add the chilies onions ginger garlic paste you can until it comes brownish you can add the vegetables is optional
i used the vegetables.after that you can add the tomatoes and turmeric and garam masala and waht spices you want and add salt after that you add the cooking rice and mix it.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with pickel and yoghurt and raita.
