Okra with Pickle Masala Or Achari Bhindi

Here is what you need for Achhari Bhindi (frozen or fresh, which ever you like)
Ingredients:
1 tbsp ready made pickle masal
1 tsp jeera seeds
1 tbsp or less oil
1 tsp turmeric powder,salt,and a pinch of sugar to your taste.

Preparation:
- In a wide pan, heat some oil. Add the jeera or cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
- Add the okras, make sure the heat is on medium high.
- Give this is a whirl for a few minutes rapidly.
- Cook for a few minutes and add some pickle masala, salt and sugar.
- Cook until done.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatis and yoghurt. Enjoy!
